Payment Policies

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  ONLY ACCOUNT CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.  

THERE WILL BE NO ACCOUNT CREDIT ISSUED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE START OF A CLASS SESSION.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNT CREDITS OR REFUNDS ISSUED FOR CANCELLED OR MISSED OPEN PLAY/GYM BOOKINGS!!!

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNT CREDITS OR REFUNDS ISSUED FOR CANCELLED OR MISSED BIRTHDAY PARTY OR GROUP BOOKINGS!!!

If we can accommodate, any request to alter or change a registration will be assessed a $10 admin charge and must be done 48 hours or more in advance of an event or class.

***Payment is due at the time of registration.  Our class management software uses a 'shopping cart experience' that will prompt payment before checkout.  If you require a different method of payment please contact Super Ninja OCR***

Class billing is determined by individual class cost over the duration of an entire session.  Any Holidays and gym closures will be pro-rated and the reduction will be reflected on your receipt.

Attendance & Makeup Classes

We DO NOT offer makeup classes due to our low participant to instructor ratio, small class sizes, and high enrollment. .

CLASS PRICING

***Class pricing based on Fall 2 - 2024 Schedule***

CLASSES ARE BOOKED ON A SESSION BASIS ONLY (NOT AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE TIME PURCHASE). 

EXAMPLE: IF A SESSION IS 8 WEEKS IN LENGTH AND YOU ARE BOOKING A RECREATION NINJA CLASS THEN YOUR TOTAL INVOICE WOULD BE $180 (8 session x $22.50).  EVERY INVOICE IS CURRENTLY SUBJECT TO A 5% REGISTRATION  & PROCESSING FEE.  

**OCTOBER 5, 2023:  MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNTS ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF CLASSES PER INVOICE AND ARE AS FOLLOWS :

2 CLASSES - 5%

3 - 4 CLASSES - 10%

5 - 6 CLASSES - 15%

7 - 8 CLASSES - 20%

9 CLASSES+ - 25%
